I support adding healthy, living food (“raw”) options to however you eat. This is the space to add something healthy in your life that you might not already have known about. No judgements.

Eating this way how I celebrate nature’s pure, pesticide-free bounty and all the healing available directly from clean food and clean living. My “Rawsome” living food cuisine uses certified organic, sustainable or at the very least, pesticide-free, and as frequently as possible, LOCALLY grown and seasonal ingredients.  I prepare food with a whole lotta love and thought for every dish, client and recipe, and at all times, in accordance with the Florida “Cottage Food Safety Act” and accepted food safety practices. As such, I am not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations and I choose to keep my certifications up to date anyway!

I’m lucky (in a way),  my neighbor ‘s flood partially destroyed my kitchen :(    The sliver lining, was that I updated mine then so everything is brand-spankin’ new and I welcome the contemporary look! It was traumatic, but now at least, I LOVE my kitchen!

The pricing of my services reflect the quality and labor-intensive nature of my passion and knowledge. Do know that the information I share  is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is intended so that you get the most out of your empowered life.

    Hey! I’m from Pensacola, I heard it flooded there pretty bad. What part of Florida do you live in?

      HIya Pepper! I’m over in SouthEast Florida, happy if/when it rains to fill my rain barrels :-)
